The Wishing Well is a luxurious new cottage for four people with private hot tub tucked away in the grounds of beautiful Craggantoul - it is located in a very unique and magical position with a private heart shaped river pond with bridge walkway to enjoy the views over the surrounding scenery.

This five star eco-property is nestled in a secluded location within the grounds of Craggantoul's 40 acre Highland estate with rolling meadows, orchard, duck pond, and ancient oak forest with winding trails down to Loch Tay, where we have fishing rights for trout.

Clad in a mixture of stone and wood, the Wishing Well has two spacious double ensuite bedrooms (one king, one twin), and a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The cottage is kept warm and toasty with luxurious underfloor heating throughout and is heated throughout the year by an air source heat pump.

Both bathrooms have walk in power showers and the master bathroom also has a luxurious free standing bath tub from where guests can soak in the views of the river pond. Doors open from the living area and from the master ensuite bathroom onto a spacious patio area for easy access to the private hot tub and from where guests can enjoy the idyllic beauty and tranquillity of the estate.

The house has been specially designed with integrated solar panel roofing, allowing the cottage to leave a carbon neutral footprint and contribute to the well being of the environment.

The Wishing Well is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy the wildlife and scenery. Whether you are looking for a romantic break or a chill out with friends and family, this property is equipped with all the luxuries and mod cons for the perfect stay!

Having just returned home (sadly) yesterday we would just like to say a big thanks to whoever came up with the idea to create such individual properties at such beautiful locations. We enjoyed crannog in September but the wishing well far exceeded that. It is wonderful. Idyllic, serene and filled with wildlife and beautiful views. The cottage is comfortable and has all you need for a break. We also had the snow to add to the beauty. Thanks again. We didn't want to leave.

Wow, it's safe to say that this magical place is firmly embedded in our hearts and minds after this amazing week. Not only because the scenery is the best we have ever seen and because the cottage and facilities and beyond idyllic, but also because we got engaged on the banks of Loch Tay! Dear Nina and Greg. What a wonderful start to 2017 staying here in the Wishing Well. Have had a wonderful few days in this magical and perfect cottage. Absolutely stunning location and facilities outstanding. We have been blessed with fantastic weather also. Climbed Ben Lawers and also the walk down to Loch Tay was breathtaking. Cannot wait to return.

'This is truly a unique and beautiful find. However lovely the pictures are they do not do it justice... The natural water running and the sound of the birds adds to its charm, we even spotted a badger! Nina has been a great host, and was very accommodating. It is obvious care has been taken to make the whole process from booking to arrival as easy as possible. The surrounding area and Lochs are breathtaking, we will definitely be returning. Thanks to Nina for a very peaceful and comfortable stay.'
